We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery — items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

No. We don't charge restocking fees or any other handling fees for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount is returned to your original payment method — your bank or payment provider may take a few additional days to reflect it.

Yes. Get in touch with us first to confirm which item you'd like instead and settle any price difference. We'll then provide the warehouse address for you to return the original. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item and its packaging. This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
