We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your rug. If you're not completely satisfied, you can send it back to us in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that the returning item should be sent back to the same country's stock from which it was dispatched. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
