Had some issues with my first order - the rug came with a small stain. But customer service was amazing, they sent a replacement immediately no questions asked. The new one is perfect and looks gorgeous in my bedroom. Really appreciate how they handled the situation.

Mixed feelings about my order. The rug is beautiful and well-made. However, it's definitely smaller than I expected even though I checked the dimensions multiple times before ordering. Might be how they measure versus how I measured my space, or maybe I just miscalculated. Still keeping it because the quality is undeniably good and it does look nice, just wish it filled the space better. Would recommend double-checking measurements and maybe going a size up.
